Bio
for Jeremy Seffens
So, you want to know a little about me...well, this is the right place.
My name is Jeremy Daniel Seffens. I was born December of 1980. I grew up in Loudonville, Ohio. I started writing poetry early, and never stopped. My main fascination has always been horror. Loudonville provided an excellent jump-start for my gravitation toward horror. There have always been rumors of occult activity in the area and many tales to make your spine tingle. When I began writing, I naturally turned to darker tales.
A lot happened after that, leading me to Delaware, Ohio, and to my beautiful wife, Angie. We have five children between us--two of hers, two of mine, and one together. Things get crazy sometimes, but I love it.
I am formerly the Editor-in-Chief of The Bloodied Quill, the official newsletter of the International Order of Horror Professionals, and currently a freelance editor for Whiskey Creek Press and Whiskey Creek Press-Torrid, a junior editor for Lachesis Publishing & LBF Books, affiliated with Marked in Red Professional Editing Services, as well as a staff writer for Music Street Journal.
